I am Kelley from the States-Illinois to be exact!

I am a yoga student/educator and studio Owner! Be Moved Yoga in Crystal Lake! 

I have been practicing yoga for almost 20 years, which feels insane to say because it's felt like the quickest journey but also the sweetest and slowest :) 

I cannot wait to dedicate this next year to my Self....being a studio owner has been so busy and hectic at certain points and my mental health has taken a bit of a hit; so I am elated to make a commitment to Me again
