In the wide-leg straddle I can barely hold myself upright and need to use my hands behind me. Throughout the hold I kept surrendering to gravity and was able to rest forward on some blocks. At the end I was able to sit up straight without the assistance of my hands. My body showed me that I can get places in time, I just need to let it unfold, not rush, and let it happen. I get so caught up in where I need to be, I often ignore the process to get there. So I'm taking a chill pill and am going to just let it happen as it needs to :) Thanks Meghan.

Thank you Meghan, so much. I feel relaxed and cooled off. Ready for a nap! I am so grateful for you and these classes, and all who make this platform possible! It is what I turn to to return to myself. This breath work gave space for that to happen.

I really liked the series of depth each pose hit. I loved the reminder of the belvic breaths. I felt a lot of anxiety going into practice, a lot of anger come up during the beginning of practice. I felt guided through releasing my grip, observing, and holding everything came up. Thank you Meghan

My thoughts slowed when I wondered what my next thought would be.

My garden was a mess...a garden that hasn't been tended to. But The weeds were pulled by the end of the meditation. I left thinking- I can handle this.
