Wow this was a spicy one ! My mind felt like a huge piece of resistance on this 18th day of March Vow to Bloom.

Maybe I was too tired tonight, and probably need a softer practice tomorrow !

Meghan Currie I had no idea there was a full moon eclipse (and that it could affect me this way) !

Wow the longer poses felt really hard tonight for my 17th day of March Vow to Bloom.

My mind and body felt really wriggly, but then, in the final savasana, something spoke into the tension in the right side of my chest and diaphragm : like a sun shrouded in a dark mist, slowly shining through.

I am here for my 16th day of March Vow to Bloom !

I feel ambivalent toward this class, I released a lot of tension but feel like I have released also the coping mechanisms of deeper tensions that were not shed today, so I have a bit of a flare up in the right side of my neck and right shoulder. I will try to let go even more in the rest of my day, and shed these deep kernels of tension within my right ribcage

Here I am for the 13th day of my March Vow to Bloom !

Thank you for the warning on the class! It did feel awkward, and I definitely feel better now ! Life is full of hard things at the moment, it was a good reminder I can do them :)

I love the after effect of this practice, although it did not feel that good during :)

I have a cranky body today, cranky neck and right shoulder and left hip. But here I am for this 10th day of March Vow to Bloom and I feel yummy !

I was not sure I could find the time to squeeze a practice in this weekend but I am glad I did for this 9th day of March Vow to Bloom.

I finish this class with a cranky neck, which is weird as I did not feel it get cranky, however… I have felt something new with my body hum. I heard the deep low rumble of I contentment and bliss, and heard it switch to a higher tune when hearing my children play next door or drifting to a work-related memory. I managed to get back to the deeper sound and felt my stress levels drop again.

I was in a weird mood tonight for this 7th day of March Vow to Bloom. My emotions are a a mix of whatever-I-don’t-know-stressed-out, a bit ashamed not to come to my mat or meditate everyday these days, and feeling I should not feel ashamed.

I did not feel fully engaged in the practice, but it felt so good anyway!

This was intense for my 5th day of March Vow to Bloom.

A really strong practice for me, I am waiting for the afterglow to land :)
