Olga Pachina thank you for this thoughtful response! Yes, I’ve looked through it and it seems like an amazing program. I love the skills and learning classes, especially those focused on alignment and placement! And yes, I’m a big fan of repeating classes, esp. the slither and sculpt classes :)

The main difference I noticed is that some of the classes in the Metamorphosis Journey are quite long, exceeding an hour. With my own restrictions due to chronic illness, this simply isn’t accessible right now (but hopefully will be soon!). On the other hand, the strength intelligence series starts with ~30-45m classes which then slowly progress to longer ~60m classes.

This kind of pre-structured program that is all planned out, and progresses slowly and incrementally, is exactly what I’m looking for!! The first time I went through the SI series I was able to press to headstand for the first time ever by the second week!

I hope this all makes sense, and thank you again for your thoughtful feedback!💛

Olga Pachina Yes, and I’m so sore still in the best possible way!🙃 One thing I’d love to see on here is a series similar to the different Intelligence series Meghan did on CodyApp (strength, core, flexibility). The strength intelligence program is one I still go back to regularly, as I’ve never experienced anything else like it. It’s the only reason I still have that app on my phone! A lot of the flows on here are more challenging, which I love, but I’m not quite sure how to get there! I feel like this kind of series would be really helpful for those of us struggling to advance with some of these asanas. Like how do we get from point A to B to C? Hopefully that makes sense! So much love💛💛

I second this! I have hand/grip/wrist/elbow difficulties from chronic illness, so this would be lovely.

Additionally, some structural/strength building classes to start improving function of this area would be great! Perhaps a series focused on this even, since I know a lot of folks mention this as a tough area. That way we could build-up to some of the classes that currently are out of reach :)

Thank you for another wonderful class as always!

I loved this class as a quick spicy wake-up flow! I don't think I'd rate this as a gentle or stretch class though. I know we're all differently abled, so perhaps it is for some folks, but I found it to be pretty difficult on my wrists/elbows/shoulders. I'd give it two peppers haha. Love these little spicy ones that we can do as standalones or stack with others :)
