I can't believe how resistant  I am to doing these quiet, calm, still,  and peaceful practices... I'm always wanting to MOVE on  my  mat. but I'm so glad, out of  all days, that I ended up doing it.

...a couple  of requests... can you do a  sped up  version  of this  flow?  sameish....  but... different... and possibly a  class that goes DEEP into the psoas and pectorals...please.. perhaps a  yin...  just something deep  deep deep.. 🫧🫧
