I find it so difficult to get in there because my knees hyper extend... my calves need release... but I can't quite seems to dig deep enough... truly appreciate it!

I actually haven't gotten to this one yet... :S I FINALLY started teaching yoga... and part of the job, as you know, is working on your online presence... it's so difficult for me to get into that stuff... to tell you the truth, this is the only forum where I've actually conversed with others... soooo I've been working on the instagram thing... which you're most welcome to follow!!!! @alexic.flow ... it would be greatly appreciated.. :) And by Wednesday morning you will most likely have an Alex approved review! ;) Love you guys so much!
