Can't wait til Monday ;) Sending you all the loves in the universe! p.s. was wondering if maybe we could get a looooong juicy yummy yin sometime in the near future? maybe something to include DEEP CALF release.... I find it so difficult to get in there because my knees hyper extend... my calves need release... but I can't quite seems to dig deep enough... truly appreciate it!

Thank you Meghan for yet another beautiful practise. My mind tends to struggle more with these slower paced classes... which proves that I need to do them more! Even though it was slower, the two hours passed before I knew it! Thank you for this sweet, simple, extended class! <3

I actually haven't gotten to this one yet... :S I FINALLY started teaching yoga... and part of the job, as you know, is working on your online presence... it's so difficult for me to get into that stuff... to tell you the truth, this is the only forum where I've actually conversed with others... soooo I've been working on the instagram thing... which you're most welcome to follow!!!! @alexic.flow ... it would be greatly appreciated.. :) And by Wednesday morning you will most likely have an Alex approved review! ;) Love you guys so much!
