Please more classes like this, I am working on handstand and press also forearm puppy press and this was just the best!! I def don't have it but classes like this help me understand SOOO much better! This was my favorite practice so far from the membership! So challenging but kind, and the first time I was able to kind of understand compass pose! THANK YOU for this platform; it truly makes my days better! I hope you will do a 300 Hr Training or any training USA/ Central America side of the globe soon because I would love to attend!!
