I loved this flow so much! This will be in my regular rotation. I just loved all the fluid movements and stretches, while building some heat and feeling energized for the day. I really appreciate the flows that are lighter on wrists, but still spicy in other areas. Thank you so much and looking forward to April! ❤️

Loved this practice so much! So creative and unwinding! My spine has been in bad shape recently and any flows that expand and stretch the spine feel absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for this. Can’t wait to repeat this one again. 🩵

I was finally able to do this practice and it was absolutely amazing for my spine. Exactly what I have needed all week! I felt so open by the end and my spine was able to neutralize from all the tension I’ve been carrying. Thank you so much for this juicy slow burn! I loved every minute of it.

Dear, Meghan, please keep these creative flows coming! They have been absolutely amazing. I just got back from a two week trip oversees and fighting jet lag. I feel like this is exactly what I needed to lengthen and stretch my body and hips from all the walking, flying, and generally stressing my body during the trip. This went straight into favorites! 🩵

I love these creative flows! This one was so slinky and really addressed the tension in my hips and spine. Anything with spinal twists without too much strain on wrists feels amazing as well! Thank you so much 🩵

Thank you so much for this beautiful practice, dearest Meghan and Olga! I didn’t realize I was this stuck in all the tension in my body until I did this. My spine especially felt so much more relaxed and now I’m ready for the day 🩵

This felt so amazing! Energizing, but also very relaxing. I feel like I’m getting sick right now, but this truly normalized and evened out my breath, as well as ironed out all the tension and kinks in my body!

This definitely was not as gentle as I thought it would be, but in all the right ways! I absolutely loved this flow. I felt like it was just the perfect amount of intensity in very juicy movements and stretches that my body needed. This went straight to favorites! For the first time I actually felt like I was able to lift an hold my foot up just a bit more than I ever have before. My body just felt way more open and accepting of all the cues! But I should point out that I did this practice after completing the Side Body Program. I think that program was absolutely magical, and doing this practice showed me exactly why, in the way that I was able to move more freely and deeply. I can’t thank you enough for your inspiration, creativity, and practices that you share with us. ❤️
