I came back to this practice today and it was just what I needed…. a slow, hypnotizing, and therapeutic burn and balance work! Loved every minute of it and still don’t understand how 50 minutes went by so fast! One of the things that I still seem to have a challenge with is picking my foot up to bring it back into down dog, but keeping it completely straight along the way. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’•

Someone in the comments mentioned the practice on Alo Moves. I wish you would bring something similar to that Practice program to your platform! I only go back there just for that.

What an absolute lovely practice πŸ™πŸ»β€οΈ I’m still recovering from being sick, so some of the breathing on this was very challenging for me, but the overall practice felt so amazing and relaxing. I look forward to these new classes every week! Thank you so much, Meghan!

What a lovely practice. I’m sick right now, but wanted to make sure I kept my lung capacity strong and body from tensing up. This was the perfect release. Though challenging at times because of how weak I feel, and the breath work at the end being a little hard, this practice was exactly what I needed and was looking for right now β™₯οΈπŸ™πŸ»
