Meghan, thank you SO much for this beautiful practice! I did this one for my Day 20 of the challenge. I’m still having to do modifications, so maybe not quite as ideal on forearms, but it still felt fun, challenging, and strong, and I absolutely loved the journey into the pose. I did notice my bow pose feeling a little more open at the end of the flow! 💕

I can’t believe we’re on Day 16 already! I felt more tense today, but Reset & Recharge was actually exactly what I needed. The practice felt more challenging today, but little by little my body loosened up and opened up. Also looking forward to tomorrow’s Rooted Dancer. It’s one of my favorite practices here ☺️❤️

Day 9 down! Switched it up a little and did Somatic Sparkle today, and will be doing the hammies practice tomorrow because I’m pressed for time this morning. Absolutely love the curated list idea. Megan, I hope you feel better. I saw your post on IG, and it’s inspiring that you continue to find ways to move and flow, even when down. ❤️

I started the challenge on Monday, so this is now Day 3 in! I’ll have to make modifications along the way due to my injury, but will be keeping up. Today I modified the schedule with doing Clarity of Direction (I’ll leave a separate comment for that program as well, as it’s so amazing). I absolutely love this playlist and the fact that each day comes with a gentler option. I think tomorrow may definitely need to be my gentle day to recharge. Love this challenge and thank you SO much, Meghan, for putting so much of your heart and soul into your practice and sharing with us. Much love to you!

What an amazing, short and sweet flow! Didn’t get a chance to get into a longer practice right after, but that’s what makes this one so awesome. I still feel like I got my stretching and movement in to tackle the long day. Can wait to finish tonight with that new spine practice that was just posted!

Went back to this practice this morning and it was so soothing and I just felt so open and flexible! I brought in blocks this time in addition to having to modify with dolphins and forearms, and found they were very helpful. Finally saw a doctor for my wrists and it’s not looking too good right now. We’re treating the inflammation, but there’s a possibility I may have carpal tunnel 😔. I’m going to try some wrists splints and have been doing wrist stretches as well. Not giving up on Meghan’s practices! Just haven’t been able to get to a couple of the newer ones yet. 🙏🏻

Another one straight to favorites! I can’t wait to go back to all these new practices when my wrists fully recover, but until then I’m making it work and loving these new flows. I’m scheduled to see a doctor in a few weeks, so hopefully it’s nothing serious with my wrists and just something I need to manage better for a few months. I loved this flow and again thank you for the creative sequences! ❤️

I would have absolutely loved that experience. Is it for everyone or just for those looking to become yoga instructors? Though it may not be in the cards this year, I would love to explore that in the future!!
