Thank you so much, ladies! And Meghan, I have been consistently rewatching your hand alignment tutorial and started practicing it more. Also, truly appreciate that little insight in how you take care of your wrists! I will make sure to incorporate that into my practice 😊

Dear Olga, yes! I did buy the Rocork (thicker one) and am disappointed with myself that I didn’t get it much sooner. It may have prevented my injury in some way! I love it. It’s so light to hold, carry, prepare and just BE ON and ground myself. I instantly felt the support on my knees and what hands moves I can do right now. I truly hated the Alo mat. I could never slide my hands on it, always felt a stinging shock, it would tug on the skin, and was way too heavy. I’m sure it’s for someone, but it wasn’t a good fit for me. 😊

Omg, yesssssss! I can’t thank you enough for this beautiful flow! A practice that’s mostly wrist free (still recovering my wrists), yes please. This was such a soothing, strong, fun, and stretchy feel good flow. Straight to favorites and I’ll be repeating this week. 🙌🏻

I’ve been looking forward to this practice all week, but was out of town for a work trip, so had to stick to slighter shorter practices. Though I brought my mat with me, so I would keep practicing. The new cork mat has been a blessing and is SO much gentler on my hands, wrists, and just overall body! My wrists have not yet recovered, so still modifying where I can, but I absolutely LOVED this practice. Those two chilis were sneaky, but I always appreciate the strength and burn! Absolutely love the creative practices and these new introduced modifications 🙌🏻❤️

Straight to favorites! Yet another amazing practice. The pistol was one of my favorite things from Meghan’ Alo Practice and I’m so happy to see it here. My leg isn’t completely straight just yet, but really getting there, and I absolutely loved the prep moves to get into pistol! Still having my wrists recover and still modifying a bit. I finally ended up ordering the cork mat and can’t wait to see the difference, and hopefully get more cushion, support, and shock absorbency for my wrists. ☺️❤️

Added “Awaken Inspiration” an “Metamorphic Waves” to favorites already! These are very doable for me right now as I still let my wrists heal and modify some poses with dolphins and forearm planks. Absolutely love how these flow with mindful breath and movements. And I love the balance between stronger poses and graceful slower motions. Thank you so much as always! ❤️

Beautiful little creative flow! Still giving my wrists time to fully heal, so had to modify with dolphin and forearm side planks. Hoping in another couple of weeks I’ll be able to get back on my hands fully. I second what Jordan said, this online studio is truly worth every penny. And can I just say that warming exercise in the end felt just so soothing. Perfect way to end the practice and start my week. ❤️

I second what Jacinta said about this beautiful sequence. I’m still giving my wrists time to recover and still am not able to put too much weight on my hands, but I’m not willing to give up practicing altogether while recovering. This sequence was absolutely perfect in that I only had to modify a few sections. Still did dolphins instead of down dogs, and at one point found myself transitioning into downdog on fingertips. I still can’t find a good way to flow into low lunge from dolphin, so at times it feels clunky, but it’s a sacrifice I have to accept for now until my wrists heal. I do have a question for Meghan about wrist bands. Are they worth looking into for practice when I start to transition more into my full practices again? Or is it possible that my wrists will heal and get stronger. They are starting to feel better day by day. Thank you!

Dearest Meghan and Olga, I love going back to this practice and the twists today felt so satisfying and stretchy. I’m so sad that I’m not able to take my practice to full potential right now and am having to modify. I’m still dealing with hurt and tight forearms and wrists, so I’m trying to avoid anything where I’m bearing down on my hands, which feels like is mostly all practices. I chose this one today because it stayed less in downdogs and side planks (which are sadly some of my favorite things to do in Meghan’s practices). So I had to turn my downdogs into dolphins and side planks on forearms. Which was actually a nice little burn, but I can’t find a good way to flow into those poses and really missing my undulations. 😔
