Dear Meghan and Olga, this was such a strong and challenging practice! I couldn’t do it without the strap in the end, but still attempted to at least go halfway up without it. I will definitely add this to my favorites and keep coming back to it to get better! I noticed my overall spine flexibility really improve throughout the flow ❤️🙏🏻

Dearest Meghan and Olga, thank you ladies so much for your beautiful words and inspiration to keep going! I came back to this practice again today. Still no drop backs, but yet again much stronger wheels, so I know I’ll get there. As far as any specific classes that I would love to see, I’ll say that I’m just really loving the creativity in these practices, like leaning back on heels, the little creative movements in the Feel Good Flow, Somatic Sparkle, and all the other latest practices. I’m still struggling with crow pose, but I know I just need to get back to the practices that have that pose.

I was pressed for time this morning, but was craving a new Meghan practice. This short, beautiful, stretchy, creative flow was a nice surprise and was exactly what I needed! Adding to favorites for busy days like these! ❤️🙏🏻

Thank you, Olga! That class is also in my favorites. I’m going to aim to incorporate it once per week 🙌🏻

I echo what Jacinta said about the journey! It was absolutely nourishing and beautiful. After yesterday’s Drop It Back class, each cobra felt purely magical. I couldn’t quite fly the pigeon yet, but I was finally able to hold crow for much longer than I have before. This wonderful class is in my favorites and I look forward to coming back to it and eventually getting to the final pose!

Thank you so much for this beautiful and strengthening practice, Meghan! I’ve been looking forward to doing this since I got the notification on Monday. I’m not able to do drop backs yet, but I lingered longer focusing on my wheel. My wheel has been improving so much and is getting so much stronger. Your practices are truly a blessing! I love that you have been adding a collection of poses in your latest practices. It’s like little bites of goodness and variety! ❤️🙏🏻

Dearest Meghan and Olga, I revisited this practice yet again because it’s so delicious and satisfying! My wheel was so much more open this time! And the biggest progress for me is being able to hold it. I will beat my scoliosis problem with these practices!! I took a cue from one of your other practices to go into wheel from a place of stillness and it just allows for me to have so much more expansion. ❤️❤️🙏🏻
