I just realized that I haven't commented on this beautiful practice yet, and yet I have already done it a couple of times and plan to repeat again. I fell in love with yoga a little over a year ago and especially since finding Meghan, have never stopped since! I have scoliosis and I never dreamed of doing what I'm capable of doing today. I'd like to attribute that to Meghan's classes, cues, and how thoughtful, strengthening, and nurturing each practice feels. My back strength and flexibility has improved more than I can even describe. It used to be painful for me to hold my arms in the air and look up, and now I can twist and bend and breath life into my back. I no longer wake up locked up and in pain. Poses like full wheel are still not quite there for me all the way yet, but I'm determined to get there. Maybe it's why I struggle with picking my foot up and gliding my leg back straight into down dog, but I do see improvement. Thank you so much for your platform and the time you spend to share your practices with us! I only wish I had started my journey years ago.
