This was so much fun, yet strengthening and engaging! I still have ways to go for my plow, or I’m too nervous to because of neck positioning, but I’ll keep practicing. I loved that this had all the juicy pistol squats and transitions! I always reach for your practices with those incorporated! ♥️

Still working on my recovery! My shoulder impingement is definitely improving. My wrists ligaments are another story though, sadly. Much love back to both of you as well! So happy to be back on the mat a little more regularly now! ❤️

I love Meghan’s twisty practices. One of my favorites is Twist and Reach, which I come back to regularly. This one went straight to favorites! My spine feels so relaxed and open. But this practice also had some nice sneaky leg burn. Added bonus. Thank you as always!

Slowly coming back to practicing after weeks of recovery and physical therapy. So while I had to add my modifications, this was completely doable. Loved this little flow and it was perfect as I stretched back into some poses, where my body has been feeling so tense! Also light enough and easy to breathe through as I’m also starting to get sick and lack full energy.

I haven’t been able to do any practices for several weeks now while I’m going through physical and occupational therapy for a rotator cuff injury on my shoulder and ligament injuries on both wrists. But I’ve been watching the new flows as they get posted, to stay informed and get myself ready to join the beautiful practices again once I’ve recovered. I kept my subscription going as I fully intend to start practicing again. And I may start with the slower stretchier flows first to ease in. I think this may be one of them!! Miss you all ♥️

I realized that I never commented on this program. I’ve had it for a little while now and I absolutely love it! I usually come back to the individual practices now when I’m pressed for time or need a specific focus. I was craving some spine work this morning and remembered that Shifting Focus in this program has the perfect little flow just for that. It’s strong, stretchy, and I love how much it targets my mid to lower back, where I usually hold in all my tension. I feel more open now and ready for my day. Thank you for this wonderful program!

What a lovely practice to wake up to! My palms and wrists are still recovering (feels like months later now), so I still have to use some props and modifications at times. Though I feel like balancing on highest block setting on my forearms and bringing knee to elbow really brought those two chilis out and I was sweating! I loved this practice and all the new little creative additions and pose modifications. The modified side plank with the extended leg felt sooooooo good and stretchy. Thank you for this wonderful new flow! I truly felt centered and in the moment.

Looks like the last time I did this one was months ago when I had Covid, and I forgot about it sadly. Decided to do this one today out of the blue (or maybe my body was trying to tell me it was truly feeling stagnant), and I’m so glad I chose this practice! I loved the faster feeling pace, but yet the gentle playfulness with some heat. Now I know which practice to come back to when I just need to shake things out!

This was so much fun! I love all the cues and little creative additions. That sweet stretch in the beginning from squat to lift to stand on toes felt so good. I guess my body really needed to just stretch out and get limber this morning, and this flow was perfect! Definitely coming back to this one later this week again. Thank you so much!!

This one went straight into Favorites! Twist & Reach has always been one of my favorites practices here, so I was so excited to wake up to a new twisty and juicy flow, and decided to start my week with this practice. It was perfect! So fun, flowy, and strong! My body feels completely wrung out and ready for the day. I’ll be repeating this one later this week. As always, Meghan, your cues are perfect. I find myself correcting certain tiniest movements that I didn’t even realize I was doing wrong. Thank you, thank you, thank you for this!
