just want to say that I loved all the different ways we could engage in this challenge, fully encompassing all kinds of approaches in wellness. It was such a unique experience, with great pleasure. Although I couldn’t fit in all aspects of the challenge daily, I did try to do a little bit of all - I read a bit of the heart code, did some journaling and affirmation cards, and read through all the discussion and shares of everyone participating in the challenge.

what a wonderful production of a healthy, inspiring community 🥰

I agree with others about the unreal and unexpected development of consistency in practice. Although these past few days after the challenge I’ve given my body a break, I don’t know what to do with myself now haha! Yoga has sporadically acted as  a very consistent hobby of mine, the times like this come and go. It’s been a while since I’ve done it with this intensity, and I am enamoured once more.

Unreal! So sneaky hiding all those sensations throughout the practice. I feel amazing. Thank you ☺️

Hi! When do we post an insight on our feed? Between day 1 and day 14, or every day, or..? Thank you 😊

I have so many words to share but don’t want to spoil this gem for the next viewer. I’ll stick to just saying it felt like opening up space for a feeling of effervescent joy. Thank you ! 🙏

Hello! In pistol pose I find that when I squat with my left leg rooted I have a rock-solid foundation. But when I squat with my right leg rooted, I am a flying acrobat with my left leg swinging for stability, my arms grabbing for imaginary ropes, and my right sided squat giving way to the floor. In other words, I can’t seem to find stability when I squat down or move through pistol with my right foot planted and my left leg lifted!

I would love to work through this with a progressive practice on pistol pose that works to strengthen one-sided instability. The hips are a funny thing with their ever present favouritism of one side, but I feel that working through pistol with this in mind can be a useful tool :)

thank you Meghan and team!
