I haven't been able to jump into the practices yet, but I've been going through some of the meditations which have been beautiful. 2024 was a tough tough year for me. A lot of juice getting stirred up and I've had to spend a lot of time sifting through it. At the same time, there have been some truly remarkable moments in the last year, and reading this book in particular has offered up some fresh insights into how I've been feeling and what I've been craving. Next month I'll try and dive a little deeper into the practices now that I've cleared some space in my little apartment. I feel grateful to have this space and community even though I don't share much, it's comforting to have it here.
