did the first, effort & surrender. Very relaxing class. Love πŸ’• the one arm & one leg suspended in air while in down dog! take syou out of your head for an hour n half. Did the breathing at the end thanks xx

amazing. It’s 15 minutes but packed w so much good stuff. Love the tips / strength Β΄excercise’ at the end, balancing on the head and hugging one leg at a time. Removing weight off the head. All nice reminders. Thanks sending lots of love xxx

Olga PachinaΒ I did the latest new class. So I think I meant to incorporate dolphin into a flow as Meghan did in the newest class. And also have a more specific "skill class" dedicated to back opener / dolphin/Pincham pose. thank you x
