love this series. It a very serious practice hidden in a lot of playfulness, Β I find myself repeating or excited to repeat each one. like πŸ·πŸ’•

I would love a vinyasa or learning class on malasana variation & how to get deeper into malasana. How can one in malasana get more anchored with back straight heart pointing upward. Is it about opening the knees more or about having more open tendons above the foot (I find myself fighting towards the end to fall back). Malasana with duck feet vs straight feet. Also pls getting into squat with feet together included.Β 

I was struggling with my plow to stand up roll ups but i now got the hang of it. With momentum ofc not like Meghan’s smooth non momentum roll ups 🀩
