what a great class. perfect thank you xxx I went in thinking ill skip the pose once I get there, wont push myself for it not the first time, but we kind of went into it unexpectedly .. so left side I was able to get there left leg slightly bent. right leg became a cubist painting heh lots of love 

very nice pleasant flow thx xx, I was able to hold plank-bow on one side but not on right side because my shoulder is not feeling its best at the moment. I found this less intense than the saucy flow..I couldn't lift to salabhasana  , is there a break down that can help get there maybe with blocks? 

very compact yummy practice.. love the meditative quality at the end, breathing, shaking tapping, would love to see more of them at the end of practices xx
