Wow 🤩 it was a ‘favorite class’ . .. I personally found the last of the balance very challenging/ demanding. The balance & calibrations..  the balance series was all great, the first with three leg downwards dog balancing on one arm also was great. Thank you for a lovely practice 💕

Very nice class enjoyed it.

Poses which constantly give me most anxiety I feel are boat pose & activated cobra.

Dragonfly worked with the second approach. I felt the side ribs didn’t get the chance to twist & loosen enough to be ready although the 2nd sequence tackling it from the floor gave a better deep rib / side twist but personally I still felt I needed longer time .

pls let me know which other classes have the dragon pose? 

Also a request please 🙏🏼 for squat series ? Squats to standing / squat on tippy toes / loosening the tendons above the sole of the foot to - achilles tendon I think!!

love these short handstand headstand etc drills.. please make a similar one for pincha/dolphin pose

did the first, effort & surrender. Very relaxing class. Love 💕 the one arm & one leg suspended in air while in down dog! take syou out of your head for an hour n half. Did the breathing at the end thanks xx

done again & just as good but my body was tired , did not sleep well, so was not strong enough 💙

amazing. It’s 15 minutes but packed w so much good stuff. Love the tips / strength ´excercise’ at the end, balancing on the head and hugging one leg at a time. Removing weight off the head. All nice reminders. Thanks sending lots of love xxx
