very nice esp how you get in and out of camel pose with back undulation, feels much better on the back, but this was thought than a two feathers for sure. It was a tad demanding esp in back bend. I think this is what scared me before from yoga I have done it for over five years, ashtanga level two but then stopped because it felt there was always a physical demand & a constant mental target, which became draining. so I think my intention after rejoining yoga again is to not have an intention nor a target, to be ok with where I am right now.
