lots of 💦 .. thank you for the little modifications to plank like “step your foot in plank” instead of walking the foot, try “stretching your leg in plank, taught” instead of wild thing.. these little progression in strength are nice much love xx

tomorrow i will do this weeks Vow to Bloom but for today this was such a full circle practice. Love love Tittibhasana 💕 didn’t know it was in there, so much fun rolling in & out of it. very strong practice. Really appreciate the practice always incorporating a handstand jump because with time it feels lighter. anyway, glad i did this today 🫠🫠

beautiful soft wringing practice. Always a fan of the chair undulation 🥰 & also lots of balance to the flow. Did a ten breath bridge before Shavasana. 

I am looking forward to a Vow to Bloom: My physical blooming would be to nail my pincha & squat rolls up, spiritual I think it would be more patient & let go with my dealings. Bless you & thank you xx

I have to say I agree I do get a bit anxious seeing a two hour practice but once I start I find the experience holistic & the 2 hour submergence meditative. Wishing you a good day Jacinto 🙌🏼
