I am glad I was feeling strong today and ready for the final wheel variation class. I couldn’t do the leg lifts in dwi pada. Love  / appreciate Meghan’s little silly playful comments and action remind me to stay playful , “my toe humping my other toe” or “lasso your foot” .all these little things remind me to be playful powerful great set xx

beautiful amazing class with so many yummies 🍭 This is exactly what i have been looking for. hidden gem 💎 I pulled lots of hair going into dwi dandasana . Big questions to anchor my practice on but i didn’t have an answer to the questions. 💔 Love love the little modification of placing hands in prayer while going into Salabhasana

Juliette Moisset i think you need to pull your knee higher closer towards the direction of your head. Did you give the learning lesson for side plank drill? it’s also very helpful
