So good to be reminded to trust one’s self with movement coming from such a grounded start is something we should all do daily… even with slowing down and shifting our weight just sitting or ascending stairs. Thank you

It’s getting better, needs work, but less efforting pelvic floor, it’s been historically tight.

Wonderful tutorial! I have a tendency to squeeze my glute rotators, not max so much, I feel that’s been my work for awhile, because of unbalanced core cordination, this helps, but any feed back on what I can do to relax my glutes while I do this pelvic floor activation and breath dance.  I do think I try too hard. 🥹
