Any chance that the vow-to-bloom style of suggested daily practices will be continuing into next year? I just re-started and after a year of complete chaos, I would love the regularity and guidance on daily practices in 2026, if possible. Thanks! Or even the ability to have access to the daily prompts from this year, next year, on the studio?

Oh man, that was miserable for me haha. I am so incredibly tight that every pose was brutal, but really grateful for it. Seems like it's time to hit the mat more.

This was a tough one of course. I did not do the variations but a lot has weighed me down lately and this opened up some heavy bubbles in the heart. Admittedly, half way through I was pretty irritated but that's just me right now. I've been frustrated w myself and my body. I appreciate the reminder in the beginning to let those judgements go. Much needed and valued

30 seconds in and already crying. Thank you so much for this. It's crazy energy here in the States and needed this.

This was wonderfully tenderizing and re-building for me after a few feverish days. Thank you - some irritation, then some re-centering, some deep realizations, some tears, and then maha gratitude. 💖

Incredible. I was resistant to taking this long class but my inner voice kept nudging. I took some breaks as this is the first day of my menstruation but I am so glad I moved through it. I've been smoking more this month and I realized how that is creating tension throughout my whole body. I then in savasana realized how that may also be adding to tension and strain in everything in my life, including how I treat myself. The breath expanded into new and forgotten areas on the thighs and hips. Honestly also realizing now that 3 hour classes (or this class on repeat) may be exactly what I need for awhile as my body opens up again after a few very difficult years. xo

Same! Found Meghan on Alo and the Honey series was/is gold. Happy to be here 🍯
