Thanks so much for the prompt reply Meghan! I'm so bummed I never got to attend your class when you were a teacher in Vancouver. I'd heard that you taught here from my SUP girlfriend Kristy Schell and I would have joined but I was likely in Montreal at the time. As for me, I am a high school and post-secondary teacher (French and Spanish) in my day job and I am working towards my second degree black belt in TKD so the only yoga teaching I have done in the last couple of years is at the YMCA (which is a neat way to make sure it is accessible to everyone). Thank you for your answers to my questions. I am on day 3 and loving it so far. I feel deeply pampered and somatically awakened.❤️
