I've done this meditation a few times now, and it always leads to emotional release and beautiful epiphanies for me. So much love, thank you โฃ๏ธย

I love the cue of rooting down through the "feet" of the sit bones! Never heard that before and it makes so much sense to my brainย

I don't see a PDF link here for the documents! Just the link to the community channel

That was so medicinal for me. I felt such deep tranquility and healing, ended up sitting a little longer to bask in the peaceful afterglow. I'll be coming back to this one again soon, thank you โค๏ธ

Oh my gob this was utter perfection -- all of my favorite aspects of your classes and teachings rolled into one!ย

I have a question about the peak pose. I was able to lift my legs & access the scorpion variation, holding for a breath or two but felt tremendous compression in my upper back and cervical spine afterwards. No pain, but definitely scrunched and compressed more than I typically feel in backbends. Any tips for extra warm up postures to help reduce scrunchiness?

That was perfection. I am on the second day of my period and wasn't sure I'd be up for a "saucy" class but it turned out to be exactly what I needed and it felt soooooo good in my body! Thank you Meghan ๐Ÿ™

Hi! I'm Ellen & I'm a witchy plant-based dietitian from the US

I just arrived back home after backpacking in Peru for the past 3 months, working with many of the beautiful plant teachers down there in the jungle through plant dietas (holla @ me if you are also a dietera! I would love to chat with you!!).

One of my plant guides, Renaquilla, taught me some deep lessons about embodying self-love & shifting the ways in which I speak to myself, in words and actions. She encouraged me to commit to my metta meditation practice, and participating in this program is one way I am continuing to integrate the lessons from my dieta & really make these practices of self-love a way of life.

Here's to our collective blooming and becoming more of who we are!
