Heavenly buttery yum

Delicious! This one crept up on me and kept me on my toes. A beautiful way to get into the body. And it didn't matter that I can't yet get into the full expression of some poses - I still felt all the feels. Added to favourites <3 

So yummy! New favourite practise. I loved the pace of this too and I allowed myself to stay for the whole savasana and yummy goodness at the end. I'd love more practises like this! and maybe even longer, and bit more strength/fast paced in there too, and maybe some long deep stretching. Thank you for your beautiful gifts <3

So creative and fun! Needed this to start the day after a funky sleep and now I’m feeling fresh and lighthearted. I’m not able to do frog jumps fully yet -more strength and flexibility in the hip flexors and core is needed? Thank you again for your gorgeous flows! 💚💃🏻
