So amazing to hear this class resonated with you so deeply! For the peak pose, try incorporating more spinal articulation in your warm-up—things like cat-cow, cobra with focus on length, and thoracic mobility drills. Also, shoulder openers like puppy pose, eagle arms and sphinx, or even block-supported fish pose can help reduce that scrunched feeling. Hope that helps! ✨
