This was one of my favorite practice spots from last month! Outside, with the breeze on my skin and the sounds of life & nature around me. I don’t always get to practice in places like this hehe, but when I do, it reminds me how alive and connected the practice can feel no matter where I unroll my mat… even if it’s in a tiny corner of my living room where I'm reminded that I should probably vacuum again soon😅

Thank you so much for sharing Amy - and wow, what a journey your body has been on this past year!! It’s so good that you’re meeting the practice where you are.
