Alysia!! First of all, wow, thank you for being here and for practicing with me for so long! It means so much to me that you share this :))) Secondly, I'm sorry to hear about your wrist, and I trust that it will guide you to some sweet new territories. I love how you converted the nectar to wisdom and are so optimistic. AND it's a reminder to me to create some "wrist free" practices for you, and for others who are experiencing this. So thank you so much for sharing with me and us.  If you have any practice requests, please let me know!! Sending you so much love and healing. Love, Meghan

Hi Juliana :) I would recommend first of all, visiting an osteopath a professional of kind to check it out so that you can know the true source of it! And in the meantime, I would back off of the postures that trigger or cause this irritation, by either not doing them at all or going very gently and mildly into them. So not to push and further irritate the area. I actually would need to see you doing the postures mentioned in order to potentially help you with alignment or activation tips that could help. So, first, if you can, go see a professional who directly check you out! Then feel free to email me, and we can set up a little zoom to go over these postures, to see if I can help you further :)) I hope this helps!

Thank you so much for being such an active part of this community Juliana! I love reading your comments and requests, they really help me to understand how to serve better, and are inspiring! Big love :)) Meghan

whoop whoop! What a spicy request 😍 yay. Question for you, are you desiring all of these in one practice, or multiple different videos, each focusing on one particular element? Thank you Olivia! Can't wait to hear back 😍

Thank you for your request Dana! Do you have any specific peak poses you would love to work towards? 😍

Hi Stephanie! Awe, thank you so much ❣️ I am so happy to hear from you! I'm stoked that you resonated with my recent newsletter share. There can be so much pressure (internal/external) around success, and it's so important to come back to ourselves, over and over, to re-define it for ourselves. I would LOVE to create a flow like this :)) Do you have any other postural requests for this flow? Big love to you, and thank you so much for being here Steph :))) Love!! Meghan

Thank YOU so much for being a part of this community. I appreciate you too. Love, Meghan

Yes!! Exactly, you got it!! When I started to learn about action and alignment, it really transformed my practice and allowed me to access a deeper connection to my body, and also the earth. So I'm really passionate and grateful to share this, and SO grateful to have the opportunity to share here! Thank you for being here and for your comment :)) 🥰
