Hi Juliana :) I would recommend first of all, visiting an osteopath a professional of kind to check it out so that you can know the true source of it! And in the meantime, I would back off of the postures that trigger or cause this irritation, by either not doing them at all or going very gently and mildly into them. So not to push and further irritate the area. I actually would need to see you doing the postures mentioned in order to potentially help you with alignment or activation tips that could help. So, first, if you can, go see a professional who directly check you out! Then feel free to email me, and we can set up a little zoom to go over these postures, to see if I can help you further :)) I hope this helps!

Alysia!! First of all, wow, thank you for being here and for practicing with me for so long! It means so much to me that you share this :))) Secondly, I'm sorry to hear about your wrist, and I trust that it will guide you to some sweet new territories. I love how you converted the nectar to wisdom and are so optimistic. AND it's a reminder to me to create some "wrist free" practices for you, and for others who are experiencing this. So thank you so much for sharing with me and us. If you have any practice requests, please let me know!! Sending you so much love and healing. Love, Meghan
