Hi Ania!! So lovely to hear from you, thank you for your comment and request! I would love to create a video with leg lifts :)) And don't worry, it's is in fact challenging for most of us keeping our back straight in boat pose! Try practicing it in a supported way, holding onto the backs of your legs with your hands, keeping your knees bent, and use your arm strength to lift your sternum and lengthen you spine. I did this modification for some time to help me build the strength and alignment. Then gradually play around with holding on less and less with your hands. Let me know if this helps!
