Beautiful Community, ❤️

I am writing you to extend my warmest gratitude for all of your condolences, love and understanding over these last months <3 THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for hanging in here with me while I've been going through an intense, and also healing, time. Your support has helped me in ways that perhaps you don't even know!

I am finally settled back home in Bali and I'm soooo excited to present in this space again, posting new content and connecting with you all!

hahaha exactly, "what in the world was that!?" I totally feel you!! I remember the first time I was introduced to this pose I had the same feeling.. actually for years of doing it. It's not easy! BUT I remember my teacher telling me how powerful it is, even if you only get your legs a tiny bit off the ground, it's so powerful! Good job <3
