This tutorial was so insightful! I've been really conscious of my toes the past few days since watching💞. It reminded me of another part of practice that I feel curious about: I find it so hard to find strength when we do cobra on finger tips. I'd love to learn a bit more about approaching that finger tip position.🖐️
