Dear Meghan and Olga, thank you for sharing such a powerful practice. I seated on the mat with a contracted soul; this afternoon I did realize my daddy is not able to write his name anymore and this was a very difficult awareness to digest. After breathing with this practice I do feel more open both in body and mind and I could access the tenderness that was frozen in my heart. The practice lead me to blessed tears. I find very challenging breathing into my waist; btreathing in more difficult than breathing out. I know where I have to focus … thank you for always being such an inspiring guide!
