Almost finished this one but its the Lunar New Year Eve and I was called to gather as I was completing the last dancer pose! This one should be a favourite if it wasnt for the hectic energy I started the class with my nieces running around me! Still got so much to learn about quietening myself down within!

I had no time today and this short flow was great to build a little heat and some sneaky holds in there!!

Oh Meghan, this class goes immediately into my favourites! The Boat tree Pose was so tough but I am thankful for having the ability to attempt it and am feeling especially grateful for my body today! Thank you so much Meghan!

This class was a good one to revisit as I am still on my moon cycle, but such a great stretch and feeling super yummy after two late nights of sleep! Thankful to have this time to practice and todays visualization of combing through the strands in my body was absolutely yummy and I could even picture the debris coming out!!!

Thank you for this short and quick but highly efficient class! Did this on the second day of my moon cycle and this was just amazing and refreshing!

Wow forgot how fiery this class was!!! Im so humbled by this class and although my right inner thigh hasbeen bothering me for a long time im hoping to be able to do skandasana again soon comfortably!

I had fun with this practice!! Thank you for this class! Thought it was funny how when I was doing it it felt like I was really deep into it (which I probably am), but when I checked my video (recording my practice to keep track), my toes were MILES away from my head hahahaha! Lots to work on and thats okay!!

The warm up was really toasty and hollowback wasnt reallyworking for me today! I guess I have not been practicing inversions for a long time that I needed to work on the fear again! Hoping to be able to practice more and be able to restart this journey again. Often I keep thinking about going back to where I reached the previously when I was practicing more but suddenly had this mental note that perhaps I never left my handstand journey, it is part of the journey to be stagnant, or to even "regress"in my journey.

Oh Meghan, inversions have always been a big big fear of mine and it took me so long before I even dared to venture into it, and have been avoiding this class since i started the first two a while back. it was great to buildstrength and then go into the fear with the help of my friend Paul the Wall! and of course with your wonderful cues! Thank you!

Finally got to practice this class!! Such a lovely class so sweaty and so fun! Such a good meaning today! Certainty is something I always hold on so tightly to that I realise it doesnt serve me sometimes. Will hold this lesson with me close to my heart!
