Truly beautiful <3 I felt my heart breaking open in the most beautiful way. The pace was lovely and I love the strengthening aspect. Forearm stand is not the easiest for me- but with Meghan's cues I'm starting to see how much of the pushing down into the ground with the forearms and such that floating up happens- like In the frog jumps I stuck way longer than ever before and felt some AHA sensations in my moments of floating... very cool <3 thanks for a great practice.

I didn't finish the metamorphosis! So here I am in January of 2022 coming back to it! I had lots of stories about doing this "strength" theme...I am so glad I chose to dive into this and I made it through! :P ! my whole body is tingly and warm which is great because its very cold outside here :) Looking forward to working in the workbook on this theme! Lots of great insight to my own stories around strength.. <3

BRAVO Meghan! another wondrous class. The pair of your playlist with this class was something magical as well. This was the perfect class for my body mind and soul today; here in the North East (usa) it is VERY cold. I felt like I gave myself a full body massage. Warming, slow, rhythmic, and gently strong. THANK YOU<3

I LOVED this class. I really enjoyed the sequence, it was very fun for me to move in this way... through the tangled flow I felt more balanced and clear. I had a moment of doubt thinking I wouldnt be able to pop up into airplane with eagle arms, but my back leg floated up on its own with hardly any effort. I also had a powerful crow which is interesting bc I often have trouble with that pose! I felt my mind releasing its normal thought patterns...
