It’s the second time I practiced this flow … the first time I didn’t understand the essence of it … but this time …. My body starts to follow your voice, with half-closed eyes, and it was like my body could go on, I don’t know exactly what happened, but I got this feeling of freedom within, I was like kind of lost on my mat, a new dimension of softness.

Sometimes we only need to close a door to open a new world, and let it be as it has to be… no worries, no judgements, no needs … just be … even for a moment, even for an hour of practice on the mat.

Can’t wait for a YTT with Meghan, I was so excited for the possibility to make it happen in Europe, but I’ve realised that is not possible for this year. In any case it would be a dream for me to partecipate to  a TT with Meghan; I’ll organise myself and I’ll place my children to my mom to be part of this journey with you. It’s such a long time I’ve been following Meghan and never had the occasion to practice with her in real and learn from her in real time. Can’t wait to know and reserve my place.
