Hello hello. A little user experience request: from a development perspective, is it possible to add in the date you last did a class so you can see which ones you did recently and which ones you haven’t? I forget which classes I did, then I get 10 minutes in and realize I did that one two days ago. It would be cool, and helpful to variate my practices, if I can see when I did one.

this was fun! But I also wanted to say, I really like the detailed cuing Meghan does. And her slower, longer hold practices. I've learned so much about my body from practicing in that way <3

thank you so much for this one! Bird of Paradise has quickly become one of my fave postures to work into. And you built the progression in such a delicious way. Every minute felt great.
