Wonderful sequence, I love how Meghan is guiding us through sitting poses that are usually not very much "embodied"... like the sitting on the heels with the head back, so good!  A big hug to Meghan and Olga thank you for keeping our bodies and minds healthy and loved up. 💗

Happy birthday to the beautiful Meghan I love you. 😍

I love you Meghan, I had a nother great wheel at the end! I know your birthday is coming up, and I am so looking forward to the new classes that you will create for us after all your new learnings from your travels and workshops, sending you a big love. Dear Olga, sending you a big hug and wishing you a great new week.

I am beyond grateful. I am wow. This master class is a full surprise. More feeling than ever experienced with the breath. My wrist got tired and I kept sending my breath that way, the deep breathing in the stronghold of knee to nose... the breath inside me felt like a river flushing in... and the savasana was magica many many thanks. I still have the meditation left. Dear Olga, I hope you are enjoying the beautiful Bali. 💗

Deep, strong and slow just as I love it. This Breath is Boss has helped me feel more than try to understand. Every cue and explanation allowed me to be super in zinc with my breath.

Deep deep master class, hum I feel renewed and I have a better understanding or I was able to feel many little activations in the breathing through the feet, the pelvic floor and all the flow up into the chest. Just amazing.  I am enjoying this workshop so much, it is a great compliment to the Metamorphosis too. Olga hope you are having a great weekend, much love.

I started with 4 pound each for handweight and slowly with time increasing, now I use 8 pound. But great advice by Mary testing with the ankle weights you already have how it feels.💗
