I was impressed by all the alterations and unpredictability of it all, the dolphin with the hands flip, the forearm planted in the flor while the wide leg fowardfall, the self cut bodysuit! Practiced this wild beauty of a sequence last week and my hamstrings were very sore after it. It's delicious and strong. I enjoyed all the pivoting of the legs, reminding me of the tutorial in the metamorphosis that refers to this amazing and elegant move, that allows us to keep aligning for more engagement of the leg. Came back to it today, So good!! Many thanks dear Meghan for sharing all these magic moves and dear Olga thank you for your sweet care for us, much love. 😍💗💙
