I am so... so, so full of emotions, gratitude amongst all, and I agree with Ian's comment, this program helped me not only to align and be strong in the mat, but a holistic transformation of the self, understanding and wanting to learn from the difficulties in life ...wow, last class a complete fiesta fully packed with much intention and newness.... I tried the first class yesterday and I loved it! I will revisit soon to let sink deeper within. Enjoyed the soft strengthening during the reversed plank. Thank you for the reminder to "love every moment " -love to the studio

Calm and connected can be applied to everything in life. At this point my handstand practice feels stronger, I am still using the wall for all the drills, and I am happily able to do frog jumps without the wall. Little by little, enjoying the process.
