I enjoyed so much all the undulations! It makes me think about the first flows like Reversed Undulation and Breath Dance, I was so confused at the beginning, today I felt it so good, specially the reversed from high plank to down dog and the hip figure eights I can feel them so soft and slinky now, after all the practices that have been preparing us to get here.Β  Thank you Meghan for another flow to keep coming back, and its funny, yes my legs didn't lift up much from the ground, specially if you really focus on keeping them together, when I tried to bend them they came apart, and then they got to be a bit closer to the head, but the harder was lifting them while keeping them together, anyways I love practicing this class just out of the oven. Thank you always and a big hug to Meghan and Olga, and I love the new features in the studio.πŸ’•

I am feeling a discomfort in my right back shoulder, a little tendon must be jammed, but I was making sure to breath and being very gentle, it is interesting to notice how normally I can go full power on wild thing and it's normal, and I usually don't think much about it, but today, I had to go really slow with the rotation of the wrist, and breathing slowly with every layer of opening. That being said, I fell much better now. Always a big thank you to the studio, Meghan and Olga.

Mary I feel the same way, all the alignment cues leads to more opening, softer and more deliciously than ever.Β

I know all the love, care, thought into each class and drill in the Metamorphosis.Β  I am part of the ripple effect you produced creating that amazing program. I was sharing with Olga about my hands and toes alignment, happening without me overthinking... it's a wonderful program Meghan. I have been even doing some of the recipes,Β  I managed to make my frist hummus from scratch. Thank you and love you and love the studio and love Olga.Β

Beautiful and spicy! I am so curious to keep exploring this bird of paradise, its confusing to think about it with the body parallel to the flor and the hands down like in one the new flows Meghan shared. I feel amazing, thank you always and happy First Friday of the year yogis!

Delicious flow, perfect for the first day of the year. Love the heat and the fabulous face massage which for some reason it never occurred to me to tap behind my nose! Thank you always dear Meghan and dear Olga.Β πŸ’•

Milla, I have been doing it in order and it is life changing. Little alignment cues that are grandiose like finger and toes alignment... I recommend it in order.Β

So, I am in the process of transitioning from the Balance month to Grace, so many many interesting aspects of my practice are enrevealing... like the finger tips and the toes are now finding alignment right away in every pose, it's a moment in which alignment happens and you do it almost automatically but it is more than that, it's like an understanding... it starting to happen outside the mat too, I find myself regathering myself and this quick moments of realignment...little aspects here and there that are enriching my practice with newness. Thank you Meghan and Olga, thank you for being here for us. Olga hope you are having a good ending of the year, sending you a big hug and looking forward to continue growing our friendship from afar! πŸ’—πŸŽ„
