Just beautiful. I was saving this class for today: my last day at my current job and getting ready for my new job in January. What feels so amazing about this class is that I am a sculptor and we say that making sculptures you have to embrace the unknown because many things can happen in the process... today I celebrate with this flow: my new job, my last job (which I loved so much that lead me to this new one), the practice of sculpture and this wonderful studio where I get to learn new moves to sculpt my body and mind. I love you Meghan, THANK YOU.

Absolutely feel the same way about the Metamorphosis.  Its beautiful to carry those magic moves within... and then the ripple effect outside the mat!
