Oh so good! I am behind with many new classes because I was visitng my homecountry Colombia. I was mostly doing my own practice and I was even able to teach yoga to my father, my sister and my niece. Passing on the teachings....💙

I love what Meghan said about tapping the clavicle, that it resembles the walking of people upstairs in abuilding! Lol! amazing poetic cues and moves. YUMMM!

I feel the same. No one can guide me like Meghan and once you do know how you feel with Meghan is hard to find another match to her languaje and somatic knowledge. 

So powerful. My body feels enlighten. 💙 The journey throught the colors made it super fasciniting for me, becasue I am an artist so it was very very beautiful for me to connect for the first time witht he chakras on my body through colors I have seen in flowers and the sun and such. Amazing.
