Thank you for this beautiful practice. After I did a couple trims visually, I than went straight to my profile, unintentionally, and trimmed and edited my info about me. This next phase of my life is definitely a big shift from whom I have been that last 12 or so years, into the next phase! WOW! Excited to see what blooms true!

Hello Community, I am so happy and excited to connect in with my yoga practice with an anchored support like this community. I look forward to what this container brings for my daily life, as often I feel so airy and flowy and uncertain in what to do in my day, that I pull from the external world for a class, a meet up, or a must do task, when I really want to call to my own personal yoga mat and practice 1st to see what calls to me from there. Soul excited for what is to come in the next year, especially with this anchored support. Thank you Meghan, thank you to your team, and to those that will add to the connection of this community. I already appreciate it is so much.

Grateful to give my body this love after a weekend of so much rest. I have a slight head cold and have been sleeping a lot and it does really feel like fall or winter here in Bali since I got back from some travels in November... so I am also jet lagged. Moon cycle too, and now feel my breathing is happier. Excited for the year of flow and the container of this support!
