Oh I am from the US, and have been living in Bali for just about 5 years. I teach about essential oils and Numerology. And I am a mom to a 13 year old daughter. 🫶

Grateful to give my body this love after a weekend of so much rest. I have a slight head cold and have been sleeping a lot and it does really feel like fall or winter here in Bali since I got back from some travels in November... so I am also jet lagged. Moon cycle too, and now feel my breathing is happier. Excited for the year of flow and the container of this support!
