The Cody app was also how I fell in love with Meghan !! Right from the “starter package” 🤩

This was the perfect size to squeeze in between school drop off and my first meeting !

My two previous days were about squeezing a restorative practice right before falling asleep and it felt good to really move this morning !

I am trying to let go of this picture in my head of where I was 6-7 years ago when I last practiced with Meghan, when life was less hectic and before kids and pregnancy.

I am learning to walk this new commitment to myself, and it still feels weird 🤪

It was a perfect class for me on this 3rd day !

Work is stressful these days, family life sometimes overwhelming so it felt good to just focus on my chest expanding in exotic shapes !

Wild things did not feel as good today as they usually do, I guess I need to grow back into Meghan’s style as I have been away for a while.

I am happy to have saved time to flow today, though, and look forward to continuing the journey tomorrow ❤️
