It was so hard to get the children in bed tonight that I no longer felt like doing a longer class (I had Sweet Heart in mikd before everything went crazy).

This class was listed in a Vow to Bloom today, so I though it would be a good idea to try. I am glad I did. Inam not used to breathwork and did not know what to expect. It turns out it was exactly what I needed.

Wow!

I have been away from my mat for about 10 days (busy getting married!), and what a class to come back to !

I felt new expansion in my upper back and can’t wait to explore it further

Meghan Currie this end of year is hectic, with lots of things happening and me having to prepare and plan and worry in my family life (sick kids, my wedding coming up!!) and work life.

I landed on my mat this morning with the slow drip class and I realize how far I have come in this past 17 days, even with days when I could not spend time in the studio. I feel more at home in my body already, bubbles of strength forming up, my mind settling quicker on being right there when I move.

I feel so lucky to have your magic at my fingertips !

This is my day 16 of A Vow to Bloom !

I am away from home on meetings and sat for far far too long. It is really late and I had trouble disconnecting my mind for the day despite the fire in my body, but I loved it !

I am back to my mat for day 15 of A vow to bloom, after a couple of days taking care of my son.

This practice was great, just the right length for me and full of much needed ondulations (and my daughter roaming on to my mat).

This is my day 10 of A Vow to Bloom !

I did not know what to expect with this class, and it felt like fireworks in my body !

I am on day 8, and I am proud to have made it with a daily practice !

My body is kind of not talking to me right now, but it felt better today. I am planning on going deeper into the workbook this week as I have barely opened it yet.

Also, I love so many of the classes that I feel an urge to revisit them, but then the ones you suggest everyday are like happy surprises coming up and I add one more to my love list :)

This is day 8 of A Vow to Bloom for me, practicing with a sick child sleeping next to my mat.

I started with the discomfort I feel these days at work, where life is challenging, but soon entered in a deep conversation with my body and finished with my little girl’s breath giving a rhythm to my Savasana. This felt like coming home.

Thank you Meghan for this beautiful flow and the impulse to come back to myself and my mat with this year long retrear!

After I read Sarah’s beautiful comment below, I wanted to try this class and it fit perfectly into this Saturday’s schedule.

I feel I have entered a weird part of this comitment to myself, like I am trying to talk to someone whom I have neglected too long and who does not wish to talk to me right now. I will try to start some journaling in the next days and see if it helps !
