catching up with last week’s class for my 23rd day of February Vow to Bloom!

I felt like this class was my new favorite right until we started the prep for wheel pose (I trusted the unfolding so much that I had not read the description)… and felt a moment of hesitation. Wheels are really intense for me and ask me for more energy than I thought I had today.

I went with it though and I was glad I did. The intensity has melted into sleepy comfort now, and I am left feeling that I can do hard things!

Thank you for this short and fiery practice ! This is my 22nd day of February Vow to Bloom.

Ironically the children are not with me this weekend but I feel even more pressed for time as I would like to do everything I have no time for usually.

I have been sewing a lot, which is also a kind of meditation for me !

Coming back to my Vow to Bloom on the mat after a couple of days of family craziness and absence.

This was an explosion of sensations and so so spicy 😂

I kind of got it on the right side, not quite on the left side, I will definitely try again real real soon

I needed a shorter class than Meghan suggested for this 16th day of February Vow to Bloom.

50mn is the perfect time for my life right now, and this one is a perfect mix of strength and snaky spine release (although longer classes are growing on me!)

This was a weird one for me on this 13th day of February Vow to Bloom.

I loved it but felt it hard to concentrate at the same time!

Gilnar I have not but I will go have a look !

Gilnar well, my ankles were not really there when I reached today, so I guess I will have to come back soon and try again !

I had completely different sensations and feelings this second time around.

Lines are still untangling as I move towards bedtime 🥱

I didn’t dare the first time but I will be practicing this one again tomorrow !!

I was not sure what I needed today for my 8th day of February Vow to Bloom.

I ended up picking this flow that I practiced 5 days ago, and will follow it with Mystic Pulse tomorrow as this sequence opened so many things for me earlier this week.

Today started with a very cranky right shoulder and I was not sure I would be able to go far. But little by little, my right ribcage eased up and the tension in my right side did not feel as “there” as a few days ago. My wheels are definitely shorter than Meghan’s but I went for an extra one just to feel something more.

Savasana felt restless though, I will try and find so more time to pause and digest before the end of the day !
